💡 Debrief & suggestions

We had our debrief last week, shortly after you all left, and just before Carinus went to bid the last of the lot, Nici, a farewell, and gave her a 2021 black jersey – we need a selfie please Nici! What did we learn? Communication is key …so, onto the barest of truths, since this is for our own critical eyes (ie PRIVATE feedback), here’s a short survey to find out what was good, and what needs to be better. Pro-actively, we’ve already compiled a shortlist of improvements for the next round and will share them with you shortly.
