By having entered the CTCT through our group booking portal you have confirmed that you understand and agree to the below and if you feel otherwise do tell us. Furthermore, the powers that be at Aquila big five private game reserve have their own T&C’s and waiver that we have to adhere to and which you will sign on arrival at the venue. Limitation of Liability and Indemnity
- Please note that this event and your participation and/or attendance is subject to your acceptance of our standard limitation of liability and indemnity provisions set out in our General Terms which can be viewed here which limit your rights and remedies.
- You agree that the Cape Town Cycle Tour Trust accepts no responsibility or liability for any loss, damage, injury, disability, death, expense, cost or liability of whatsoever nature that you may suffer as a result of participating in an event, and you agree to indemnify the Cape Town Cycle Tour Trust and its suppliers from and against such loss.
- You may also be required to indemnify certain specific third parties for this event, and these parties are identified in the Rules.

Medical Waiver
By ticking the box below, you confirm that you shall complete the medical questionnaire to the best of your knowledge. You consent to being contacted should it be determined that your participation in the event puts you at risk. We however outsource this service and accept no liability whatsoever in respect of the medical assessment. You agree that the limitation of liability and indemnity as above shall always apply. It is solely your responsibility to ensure you are medically fit to participate in the event. You assume all risks in this regard and fully indemnify us.

Cape Town Cycle Tour Group Entries 109km Terms
- Your personal information will be stored for as long as you allow. Once you unsubscribe you will no longer be on the database.
- Your personal information will not be passed on to a third party, except for products and services related to the cyclists in the event for example for medical purposes, etc
- Your personal information is processed by the Cape Town Cycle Tour Trust (CTCTT) who are the preferred online entry provider the event organiser.
- If the event, or any part thereof, is cancelled, postponed, shortened, or modified in any way, or if any of the amenities, goods, or services in relation to the event are no longer provided, whether due to force majeure, legal restrictions, disputes, safety reasons, failure by service providers to perform, or any other reason or cause, the entry fees and all other fees paid will not be refundable.
- A credit card for online payments is required to enter on-line. [When processing a Card payment, please wait until a response is received from the Cardholders Bank! An entry is only confirmed and accepted once payment has been received!
- Please print out the confirmation of entry once you have paid, and take it to with you to the Number Collection – you will be required to show this when picking up your number.
- Any entrant who enters online through this website agrees to the terms and conditions of the race. In addition, by entering online the entrant acknowledges and agrees that they participate in the race entirely at their own risk and agrees that they shall have no claim whatsoever against the race organiser and/or any sponsor or helper and/or the registration agent, the Event Organisers and/or Cape Town Cycle Tour Trust in respect of any damage, harm or loss suffered at, during or as a consequence of the race, including, but not limited to, damage, harm or loss to property, or damage, harm or loss arising out of the death or illness of, or injury to, any person or party.
- Once your entry has been completed and accepted, it may not be cancelled, and the Event Organisers and/or Cape Town Cycle Tour Trust or the Race Organisers will not refund entry fees & merchandise if you are unable to ride for any reason.
- The Event Organisers reserves the right to any information that is provided. By clicking on the acceptance below, you agree to receive information about races via email & sms from Cape Town Cycle Tour Trust. The Event Organiser might also share your contact information to its sponsors and partners regarding activations of the event, to be used during the event life cycle only. This includes Vitality and its associated points program.
